Telekinetic Mage
I thought of this cool idea. I've checked the suggestion stickies, but I've found nothing like this. I thought this would make an interesting profession, the ability to move objects (items, foes, even allies) at a distance, to cause damage or to move them away from danger. It would be similar to a mesmer in a way, referring to the mind control aspect.
As for equipment, possibly canes or staves, or, even un-armed. The weapon could be a ring or a bracelet or anything of that sort. For armour, I was thinking maybe long Matrix-esque jackets or robes. As for skills, the majority would be based on moving foes, possibly draining energy/health whilst doing so. Also, moving allies away from danger would be a very useful feature.

I'd say controleld movment of foes/allies would definatly be high energy skills, people(and most types of mobs) count as big things(there are also huge mobs).
Telikinetically those would be hard to lift(flying siege turtle yay)
Moving allies and foes is a good idea could have some interesting skills, but asside from that I think a telekinetist needs to be able to do much more.
I like telecenetic abilities, but I've never been able to play a telekinetic only mage(its always just 1 or 2 skills part of a general mage profession), I would love to though, they could be quite cool.
For lower energy skills I suggest moving smaller things.
Sending arrows and spear of foes back at them
Pushing foes away(slowing their movement towards you)((your not lifting them so I guess it would take less energy than moving them))
Pushing allies away(increaseing their speed when moving away from you)
Arrows and spear from allies can't be evaded
For the weapon; I want to suggest it'd be anything small controlled by telekinesis.
A ball with spikes maybe, that flies around you/foes and hits them. Whenever you are casting it fall on the ground when you are attaking again it comes back up from where it fell.
And the cliche knocking down and back ofcourse.
Though if making skills, be mindfull that predictable forced movement on foes + trapper = unbalanced

I's rather prefer gloves that deal elemntal damage,
Check Granado Espada's Wizard I think they attack using thier hands I guess that what I saw in the Trailer^^.

was thinking about doing a Tele-Psychic type of CCC (Concept Class Challenge) earlier befoe too...
As said, such class has lots potentials.
Maybe I will do one too....
